Privacy Policy

Email and Personal Information - We will record and keep databases when we receive email addresses and other information. From time to time, we will email those who contact us. If any person requests to be removed from our email address book, we will endeavor to do so as soon as practical. If our supported candidates or the Ohio Democratic Party request our active list of email addresses, we will supply that infomrmation to them. (We simply do not want our visitors to be "spammed" with advertisements from those who thrive on internet solicitation!)

COPPA Law - The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is responsible to implement the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. This provides that certain commercial web sites must obtain parental permission before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under the age of 13.

With respect to COPPA, we do not at this time ask age nor gender information from our visitors. We will remove any person from any list we maintain, regardless of age or gender, upon receipt of their request. If any parent of any child discovers that their child has been contacted by us and wishes that child to be removed from our list, we will not hesitate to remove that child from any list we maintain as soon as practical.

World Wide Web Information - We will record, as needed, information supplied to us by the internet itself (such as Internet Service Provider information, time, date, internet addresses and more). Our intent for recording such infomraiton is statistical in nature; however, if any person (or organization or computer) sends us abusive, threatening, or unlawful information, we will reveal recorded information, if any, to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Incoming Email - One or more persons will be designated to receive and review email sent to us, or persons listed at our email address. We intend to distribute the email to the person(s) to whom the email is sent. By the nature of the email and email viewing software, the email reviewer might view the entire document before forwarding to the appropriate person. We ask that you use good judgement and discretion when sending us mail!
